For the woman on Thursday, November 14 that didn’t want to listen when I said that there was primal raw kibble. She was very persistent very ignorant. I tried to explain that it was a new product and asked if she had any. Here is a pic of the sample packs I was able to get them in upper Tantallon and their store was impeccable, so organized. The guys were so very helpful.

Out of all the pet valu's this one is my fav. I love the staff and the store cat is so loveable. I honestly specifically make the trip to this location to visit the in store cat Allie.

The blonde gal working today was super helpful with my cat clipper questions, and everything i needed was in stock! A great pet shop to visit when im in the city.

The best overall experience as for the pets store in HRM. I generally love Pet Valu because this sotre provides special premium food brand… But this particular store is absolutely great, especially because of the lady who works there. She is a professional and knows a lot about cats nutrition and what is best for pets. (Pets owner herself) It’s like visiting a pet store and free vet consultation at the same time. Definitely recommend

PET VALU Lacewood Drive (Halifax) was the best experience ever! Store owner and operator Ali was knowledgeable, helpful and kind in assisting me in getting cat collars with engraved tags for my two beloved cats. The "big box" stores can't compare. If you’re looking for that personal touch, and not wanting to feel like a mere cog in the commercial pet store wheel, look no further than Pet Valu! And...store cat Allie (yes, another Ali! :) is simply wonderful!🐈❤️HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a great experience while looking for a kitten. When adopting one it's ran through the SPCA. They seem to have a good selection depending on when during the week you visit. They have pretty much everything you may need as far as per supplies. Definitely worth checking out.
