My new favourite pet store. They have the largest selection of rabbit/small animals toys out of any other pet store in London. The toys they carry are toys that rabbits actually want to play with - my rabbits loved and destroyed every single toy I purchased! They also do rabbit grooming and I will be taking my rabbits there for nails trims. The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful, we talked about my rabbits and her rats. It’s really cool to see someone who’s clearly passionate about her animals working there. If you haven’t visited this store then you’re missing out!

I've never gone to Petacular for the grooming specifically, but I've been going for years to get my cat's food and toys. They've always carried high quality foods. The woman working there brings in her bunny sometimes and is very pleasant and helpful with any questions or needs I happen to have; I'm glad to have this little shop near me with the great staff it has.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Petacular, a dog grooming salon in London, Ontario, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations! I took my beloved toy Pomeranian in for a grooming session, and the results were nothing short of remarkable. I’ve honestly never seen her look so fluffy, clean, and well-groomed. The staff at were not only incredibly skilled but also very friendly and attentive. They treated my pup with such care and affection, which put me at ease right away. The entire grooming process was efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their services were given the high quality of the work. Very disgusted in the change of services will not be back ever again. After more than a decade of dedicated service from numerous long-standing employees, the recent decision to terminate so many of them without meaningful notice was deeply concerning. Such actions inevitably raise questions regarding the organization’s commitment to stability, transparency, and respect for its workforce. I sincerely hope the company will reassess its approach to employee relations and adopt practices that better reflect the professionalism and integrity expected of an organization of its stature. Reply to “owner” The fact that you don’t even know what services have changed at your own location is baffling maybe; we’re sorry we couldn’t meet your needs or expectations would be more appropriate comment to leave if I could 0 star it I would

I took my Persian cat in today for a Lion cut. I was so impressed. Such a kind groomer and store sales lady. Super knowledgeable as well as very good with animals and their jobs. My kitty was so happy when I picked her up and she looked so relaxed and calm. The lion cut looks AMAZING. Great price range also. Affordable which is hard to find and I will most definitely be bringing her back :-) Thankyou for taking such great care of Tuna and for such amazing and skilled service. I trust you with my kitty cat and I know she trusts you too! Thankyou!

Disappointed in service received from this store. I was in hospital for heart condition and my spouse could not bring our little girl for a Grooming and we had to cancel at the last minute. The best they could do for appointment was 6 weeks out after it had been 6 week since her last Grooming. We was great customers for over a year when when this happened. Glad we found out what we meant to this store..
