My girl Harley had her first grooming experience today. This was my first time taking a pet to be groomed. I certainly picked the right place. They went above and beyond looking after my very hairy white lab. You can tell they love what they do and they do it so well. She looked and smelled amazing. It was a fabulous first time experience and I will definitely be returning.

I’ve tried many groomers, and I have to say this is one of the best. My puppy doesn’t cooperate when it comes to grooming, but the ladies here did an amazing job. We previously went to Happy Tails, and they returned him to me soaked and still wet, but the team here handled him wonderfully and did a fantastic job.

I attended Pets Beautiful grooming school, and it was an amazing experience. I learned so much! I usually have a hard time learning new things, but the way they explained and taught us was incredible. Randy and Marnie are not only amazing teachers, but also some of the best groomers I’ve ever seen. They were always so kind and patient, and I learned so much from them throughout the course. I watched Marnie fix haircut mistakes on dogs that I didn’t think could be fixed, and Brandi took so much time and care with every dog. Honestly, I don’t think there’s anything these teachers don’t know about dogs or grooming they’re incredibly knowledgeable and talented. There are so many good things I could say I highly recommend this grooming school. It’s truly incredible! This course is definitely the right first step into the grooming

I take all this back, Girls were not nice. Absolutely the greatest groomers in London! My dog Jackson has always been treated like family and he comes home happy and groomed to perfection! I would recommend Pets Beautiful to any new pet owner looking for a groomer. The staff is Great also, just a great place!

Attended this school. Amazing group boffins people. And have some Have the best of the best groomers teaching the students and very lucky to have them as your mentors and teachers as you learn and hopefully graduate. Felt A bit intimidating at first but only because you realize how much knowledge and years of experience you see the teachers have.but that Is what you want . And it that passes quickly aince all the students start at the same time. , great time learn ALOT.

After a decade of going here and being happy, the service has been on a steady decline. Our last visit, our Westie suffered an ear injury that will prevent his ear from standing up for the rest of his life without surgery. They didn't even acknowledge it happened under their care or share what caused the injury when asked about it. Not worth the risk to your pet's health. Try anywhere else.

My 9yo Westie has been groomed here since he was a pup. In addition to regular grooming he has been "de-skunked" and had the odd nail trim done. He is always excited to be dropped off and we get him back looking neat and handsome.

There is a Grooming school in Woodstock, but it is not a Pets Beautiful. Definitely better to Go with Pets Beautiful in London if you can, ...
