Had our first haircut here for our 6 month old puppy and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Laura was calm, friendly, and gave our puppy the cutest haircut. We’ll be back for sure!

Laura is amazing! She’s so nice and did an excellent job on my dogs haircut. This was my first time here and I got the first time discount which was great. I’m definitely coming back here!

Took my 6 month old Golden Retriever puppy for her first groomer experience. Laura suggested a bath and tidy since her hair hasn't grown too long yet to justify a full groom. My little girl was fresh and clean, silky smooth after. I'm very happy with the job Laura did. As I expected, Laura told me she was nervous and anxious so she told me some of the techniques she used to calm her. Thank you Laura for taking such good care of my little girl!

Recommendation to the groomer to work on her communication skills and method of conveying messages to clients! Incidents occur and needs of an animal can definitely change, however if someone has trusted you and is a regular customer. Maybe learn to show some etiquette, patience and clarity when providing new suggestions and your opinions to them :) Just a thought!
