Super nice and friendly staff. Quiet environment separate in the store for grooming which is good for nervous dogs! They were very attentive and a calming presence for my dog who hates her nails being trimmed. It was the easiest experience ever and my pup left with a treat and a cute bow! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Google says this location closes at 8 PM on Sunday, but I arrived at 7:02 PM and was told they were already closed (they close at 7 now). I only needed one item and was still turned away. I was told they requested the hours change two months ago on Google, which honestly makes no sense. Managing and updating Google business hours is literally part of my job responsibilities, and it does not take that long to reflect when done correctly. Customers plan their trips based on the hours you post, and this was a complete waste of my time. Please update your information!

Took my dog to PetSmart for a bath & brush and Mona took care of him, she was amazing! Super happy with the result. She also gave my dog a cute tie and a printed photo, which was such a sweet and special touch. Highly recommend!

We’re are very grateful for the help we received from Mike at the Stockyards PetSmart. He gave us great advice about food for our dog after she had to have all but two of her teeth removed. He outlined options and suggested different preparation methods. He helped us to get a solution - our lovely little pet is eating happily again. Thanks so much, Mike!

Don’t buy this litter it’s not worth the price at all. It’s expensive, but the odor control is very poor. I can still clearly smell my cat’s feces even after covering it. For what it costs, I expected much better quality. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

DONT BRING YOUR DOG HERE..YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Came to drop off my lovely 7 month cockapoo for a TRIM, little did I know 3 hours later I come back for pickup and he is fully SHAVED all his hair is gone you basically see and feel his skin. Nothing at all like the reference photo or near to what I said in the discussion. The staff needs to do better. Maybe some more training is necessary. I am very Upset. Let alone my dog was crying through the process.....AND HE KEPT SHAKING THROUGHOUT THE TRAUMA we expect basic perfessionalism and communication And when we asked for the manager ... she brought us back inside to speak with the groomer WHO LIED......the store manager gave us 10% off and THEY SHOWED ZERO EMPATHY AND NO APOLOGIES Don’t recommend this grooming service at all and will be investing in a REAL groomer WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM

Unfortunately every other betta fish in this store are in terrible condition. Many are suffering from clear and severe fin rot - and look as if they are barley hanging on. The fact that they are being treated as this sort of shelf product while not being treated for clear, easily identifiable disease inhumane. The last time I was there I was noticing the condition of them and as I walked away, an employee came to retrieve a deceased betta. The consciousness and intelligence of bettas is widely misunderstood. It really is sad to see them being kept in these conditions.

I been going to pet smart for a very long time since I got my first dog and my experience has always been great starting with staff and customer service.

used to be so good but they got rid of the old staff and have new people, one if which was incredibly rude today, saying its not his problem that the price ...
