I got my maltipoo a bath and brush with a deep conditioning treatment from here yesterday and the stylist was Jam. Jam did such an amazing job, I’ve never felt more inclined to write a review as I did after seeing my maltipoo yesterday! Jam is truly the most wonderful groomer, because my dog has curly hair and he was at ease, and came home with the fluffiest hair. The groomer was super gentle and took only an hour and this is the fluffiest my dog has ever been. After a bad experience once at petsmart grooming 2 years ago I was worried about bringing my dog back, but now I will be back for sure! Thank You guys for such an amazing service!
Best Petsmart I've ever been to! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and always well stocked! I actually drive substantially farther than I need to in order to go to this one.
🐍 When I adopted my adorable ball python, the staff were enormously helpful! She had previously been returned, and the staff had put extra work into ensuring that she would be well socialized for her next home. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant, friendly snake! 😁

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I called two weeks in advance to book an appointment with a specific groomer. However, on the day of the appointment, I was told I was booked for a completely different time than what I had been given over the phone.
To make matters worse, after waiting four hours, the grooming result was nowhere near what I requested. I even showed pictures of exactly how I wanted my dog's haircut, but it honestly looked like almost nothing had been done. The amount of hair left was practically the same as when I dropped him off.
Despite the poor service and the fact that my instructions were not followed, I was still charged the full amount. There was no acknowledgment of the mistake with the booking or the unsatisfactory grooming job, and no effort was made to offer any discount or resolution.
I am truly disappointed. If there wasn't enough time to complete the haircut properly, that should have been communicated honestly. Instead, I dealt with scheduling issues that were not my fault and received a grooming service that did not meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
Loki’s favorite place! 🐾 It’s our go-to for Loki’s food and toys. The staff are always so sweet, friendly, and helpful whenever we need anything. We also use the grooming salon here and it’s really good very well-trained groomers who are really kind with pets. Loki actually gets pretty excited but they handle him very well. He always looks forward to going there for his baths. I would definitely recommend this location! ☺️

My daughter is so kind and she loves animals, I told her we can consider some fish, she keeps asking to come into this store, I finally agreed we can go. We were holding hands happily walking in the front door and there was a couple directly behind us following inside. The lady at the cash register completely ignored me and my daughter and immediately greeted the couple behind us. I was so disgusted and disappointed right away off first impression. Knowing that if i had questions i would not be taken care of. My daughter is very deserving of a good experience and although she may not have noticed this flaw, I don't want her to believe its ok to be treated that way. If I made it about race this would all make more sense!! So disappointed, we continued to look anyways and still saw that absolutely none of the staff wanted to interact with us.

My dog, Joey is a big Aussiedoodle, or should I say, Chickendoodle. Our previous groomer said he needed medication to get through a groom, and a good friend recommended I bring Joey here, to Devinn, who is a dog whisperer. He does great with her! No meds needed, he comes out beautifully clean, evenly cut, and she always says he was (reasonably) well behaved. Maybe she's being a little generous with the truth? I drive for almost an hour to bring Joey here, and I'm so appreciative of Devinn's skills. Thanks so much Devinn!

I visited this fish store yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience started off quite disappointing. The first staff member who assisted us refused to pick the specific fish we wanted, even though it was part of her job. She seemed uninterested in helping and unwilling to provide proper customer service, which was surprising because in all our previous visits, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Her attitude left a negative impression and did not reflect the good service we usually receive here.
Thankfully, Barb, a senior staff member, noticed the situation and stepped in to help us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and it was immediately clear that she genuinely loves pets and enjoys what she does. Even though it wasn’t her responsibility, she went out of her way to assist us and made the whole experience pleasant and positive.
Because of Barb’s excellent customer service, caring nature, and genuine passion for animals, I’m giving this review 5 stars. She truly turned our experience around and represents what great customer service should be. Thank you, Barb!
