I’ve been going to this PetSmart for YEARS and over those years I’ve become familiar with Eric. He usually helps me with my reptiles and getting crickets etc. My partner and I visited through the week getting information on birds and we made a big purchase one night and I was set to come back the next day to look at the birds. Eric was there both times and went above and beyond on each occasion. He truly is an asset to the team. Not to mention he’s really funny and we cracked a few good jokes together.

Big fan! Great variety Food Discounts with app! Great tummy sensitive dog food! Friendly staff! We do not raise live fish, but PetSmart does sell fish and fish supplies. Not many stores sell fish these days.

Great staff, always have what I need. Fish selection is less than ideal, but for anything else pet related, they aren't bad.

Lots of different items for all kinds of pets. Always coming out with new seasonal items, which I love. The staff are helpful and nice. There's starting to be a wider selection for animals other than dogs, which I think is great

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they treated my pet with so much care. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend for all pet owners!

My first visit at this store. I felt really bad for all the Betta Fish that suffered in a way too small plastic cup. Furthermore the cashier said no hi, no please, no thank you. Well, I think the store franchise owner should start customer service training immediately.

Great store! We were able to get everything we needed in one place — a parrot, a hamster, their cages, food, and all the extras. The staff were incredibly friendly and really know their stuff. Highly recommend.
