This is my first week in Lethbridge, I am from Ontario. I love it here!! We didn’t have a very big pet store in Dryden or anything on my reserve. This store is huge and has so much variety and selection of everything!! Pet smart has an excellent selection of different tropical fish and accessories. They have reptiles, small animals of all types, they even have cats, rescues mainly up for adoption. It’s great we are helping local animals like this. My daughter wants another cat and if so we would like to get it here. The workers seem friendly and were very helpful!! Chi Miigwetch everybody

I bought a fish for our grade 2 classroom from pet smart a couple days ago, and the person that helped me pick a fish tank was so helpful! I also was shown which beta was there the longest and took her right away. She’s now thriving in the classroom and the kids adore her and named her “Bubbles the Beta.” Thanks for all your knowledge! I wish I could remember your name! 😊

I have a 29 gal planted Aquarium which I purchased from PetSmart. There are some aquatic plants there. Kind of hit and miss with how well the plants do in the aquarium. My success with how long the fish from PetSmart live in the aquarium is pretty limited. (Fish from another local store have been living for 7 months now.). Pet supplies are well stocked and organized. The main reason I'm only giving two stars is because on more than one occasion I have come in to buy fish and there are multiple dead ones in several tanks. The last time I was in I decided there would be no more buying fish there for me. When they get new shipments in (a time when fish are vulnerable to dying) the tanks should be monitored closely and dead fish removed. Perhaps it is also a supplier issue. Again a reason for me to buy elsewhere.

Upgraded to luxury package. Had to ask for the bandana and did not receive the toy or the coupon booklet either. This has happened a couple of times now. It’s disappointing when you are paying $103 for a Chonzer…. Tobi is thinking about the toy he didn’t get 😔🐾

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lisa Main is absolutely the best groomer! She’s incredibly patient and gentle with my Frenchies, Brando and Billie, they adore her! She always takes her time, makes them comfortable, and they come out looking and smelling amazing every single visit. It’s so refreshing to find someone who truly cares about the dogs she’s working with, not just getting the job done. You can tell she loves what she does and treats every pup like her own. We’ll definitely be bringing our other two dogs to her as well. If you’re looking for a groomer who is kind, detail-oriented, professional, and genuinely loves animals, Lisa is the one! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants their pets in the best hands possible. 🐾💛

Great staff at Pet Smart, after having our old tank leak unexpectedly we were at pet smart 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and the young man who helped us was fantastic! We love our new tank and stand and after getting it all set up we went back and got a few more fish and some fresh new plants! Looking forward to coming back to add a few more fish!

Have been taking our dogs to the groomers for years & always had great service. Store offers good sales & has a wide variety of pet attire.
