I go here often for kitty litter and my cat’s favourite freeze dried treats. I love how they give out treat samples, as I was able to finally find a treat that my picky cat enjoyed without wasting money on treats she ends up hating. Always met with a smile and friendly greeting, and they are always offering assistance the second you walk in. Overall a great business and 100% recommend

These are some of the best deals I’ve seen on pet supplies in a long time! The delivery was prompt and I can tell they’re very organized! I got a few free samples, too, which were much appreciated. The phone service was polite and online ordering was smooth. I’m so happy with them!

We started using PetToba when we brought home our new puppy a couple of months ago and our experience has been nothing short of awesome. PetToba is quick to respond to confirm delivery and if there was an issue with stock availability they quickly reach out to make sure we get either a replacement product or a refund. Their prices are better than the competition AND the delivery has been so valuable especially with a new puppy. We have two dogs and a cat who all eat Perfectly Raw so we go through the food pretty quickly. We had tried other places but I don’t think we will be going back.Hands down this is the best place for us!

We buy Bold By Nature Mega Raw Dog Food – Beef from Pettoba and we’re very satisfied. The quality is excellent, and our dog loves it. We’ve noticed great results — good energy, healthy coat, and no digestion issues. It’s always fresh and well stocked at the store. Very happy with both the product and the service.

I’ve always known about Pettoba since their days in Grant Park Mall, but after they moved, I wasn’t sure where to find them. I later discovered a location on Stafford though that was quite far from me. Then I found out they have a Regent location, which is much more convenient! Even better, they offer free local delivery, which made things even easier. I placed my first online order for my cat’s food, and the entire process was smooth. They maintained clear communication throughout, and my order arrived in multiple boxes since some items were frozen raw food. To my surprise, they even included a sample of Tiki Crunch for my cat (which I now have to get regularly) and a generous sample of frozen raw food. I really appreciate their generosity and great service. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and hopefully visiting their Regent location soon!

Excellent high quality raw & dry food. Supplements. Alway courteous and polite. Love the delivery service! Saves so much time. Great prices. Quite honestly the best pet food store I've ever shopped. I've got 3 dogs and they've loved everything I've purchased from PetToba. Happy and healthy!

With the midst of everything that has been happening I have been trying to find not only local businesses to switch to, but also Canadian products. My friend told me about Pet Toba and I decided to give them a try. I am honestly so happy with my decision! Not only was I able to support a local business, but I had my order delivered the following day for free! When my order came I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had received 4 little free gifts ontop of my order. What a wonderful company and I am looking forward to supporting them for many years to come!!

They had an awesome selection of products. Lots of parking right out front and staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely a good rewards program too. These guys have free delivery in the city. Definitely worth giving them a try!
