I’ve been taking my dog to Donna for the last few years and was sad to see her leave Cloverdale. I followed her to White Rock! She has been so good to our dog and can tell he’s calm and comfortable at drop off and pick up. Thank you Donna and Andrew.

The best groomer, no fuss easy and great with the dogs. We have used her for years and she is great. She is really the best. She makes my old puppy look so good. Thanks Donna! That a before and after. He is so happy being groomed bt Donna

Took my GoldenDoodle for a haircut. Donna and her son both cut my dog's hair. When i saw the finished haircut at the location, my dog looked as if he had a decent cut. However, once I got home, I realized that they had shaved completely bald a large area of my dog's top/back front leg. I am upset as both Donna or her son didn't even mention this to me when I picked up my Doodle. I have no idea how this happened. Also, on another note, I noticed the wash area for the dog's was a dirty rusty sink. A little TLC can help clean this place up. Donna and her son are nice, but wish they had mentioned to me about the bald spot created during our dogs groom.

We've been taking our cat to Donna for years. I appreciate that she takes the time to brush out the mats thoroughly, while Andrew does a great job at keeping my cat calm and relaxed throughout the process. My cat looks great when she is all done and I can tell she feels great too - literally prances around the house when she gets home. We are so glad we found Donna. We've recommended her to family and friends who now also take their cats to her. We will keep coming back.

I am so happy I found Donna! She is amazing! Took my 15yr old little dog in, she had long matted hair because she refuses to be brushed, liertally a nightmare struggle! Donna did such a wonderful job on my little fur baby! She is a whole new dog, running around like a puppy again! Now that I have found Donna my old girl will return frequently to keep her nice new cut. Highly recommend this place. And the prices cannot be beat! Thank you so much Donna! She will be back for regular grooming!!

I’ve taken my dogs to many groomers and haven’t been able to find the right fit. Today I finally felt comfortable taking them to Donna. I talked to her on the phone and explained my dogs to her. She listened and wrote everything down and heard what I was saying. My dogs look great and didn’t have the after effect of when I typically take them to a groomers and they are lethargic and anxious the rest of the day. This made me feel like she was experienced and gentle. I will recommend Donna to my friends and will make her my forever dog groomer. Also her prices were great and she was very fast.

The people who run this place have absolutely no manners. They act so strange and nothing about them is friendly. I felt terrible leaving my dog there , but her nails were over due and the reviews seemed okay. When i picked her up, her cut was NOT GOOD. She has not been herself all day, shaky, and trembling. They also take your card, slam the door on you, and bring it back. The whole thing is a wierd experience. I'm still perplexed by it to be honest. I will not bring my animal back here, and I don't think anyone else should either. It's dirty, and the people themselves clearly don't tale care of themselves, so why should we trust them to take care of our animals

I brought in my kitty last week and Donna did an excellent job! I loved that her and her son welcomed me to stay for the duration of the grooming. My cat is a long hair cat who had tons of knots throughout, so this wasn't going to be an easy job. The last place I had gone to had butchered his cut, but Donna was a pro! Ozzy loves his new do - thanks again!
