VCA Rosedale was amazing, they fit in our cat for an emergency appointment at the last minute before they closed. They were super sweet, super attentive and made sure her wound was cleaned and she was all set to cure her infection and get her back to feeling good. She looks amazing in her new protective shirt and we are all incredibly grateful for the efforts made by the team at VCA Rosedale. Nibble says thank you!

I want to thank Dr. Ana and the entire team at Rosedale Veterinary Clinic for the care and attention they gave to my cat, Agustín Enrique, and to us as a family. From the very beginning, we felt constant support, with a great deal of empathy and respect. Throughout the entire process, communication was always open, clear, and close, which gave us a lot of comfort during very difficult moments. I also want to highlight that we were always able to rely on them whenever Agustín needed medication or care; they were very attentive and responsible in following up on his health. In such a painful moment as having to say goodbye to a beloved being, the way they treated us made a real difference. They took the time to get to know Agustín and his personality, and that was reflected in every interaction. Even after his passing, we received a very respectful and heartfelt condolence message, which we deeply appreciated. We are left with great gratitude for the way they cared for Agustín and for the way we were treated throughout the entire process. I will be eternally grateful to you for taking care of the most important being in my life: Agustín.

When I first visited this clinic, I was expecting to receive the advertised first-visit discount, but we ended up paying $357.75 with no discount applied.” Previously, the clinic had messaged me to remind me that my dog’s vaccine had expired and that she needed a new vaccination. I went there specifically for that purpose. However, during the consultation, the doctor asked how my dog had been. I casually mentioned that she wasn’t sleeping well, seemed a bit lethargic, and had some itchiness. Based on my observations, the doctor decided not to proceed with the vaccination due to concern about her condition. Instead, she prescribed a cream for the itchiness and advised me to monitor my dog for a week. I agreed to this. While paying the bill, I noticed that my dog’s face had become red. I asked the receptionist if I could briefly speak to the doctor to confirm whether the cream could also be applied to my dog’s face. The receptionist told me the doctor was already busy. I said I was willing to wait, but she insisted that I didn’t need to and that she would message me with the doctor’s response instead. I was also charged for the consultation, even though we were originally advised to come in for vaccination. I later messaged the clinic to raise my concerns, but I did not feel that my concerns were properly acknowledged or validated. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this clinic.

Dr Alisa Godina is the best! I trust her with all my animals. We recently had to put down our 15 year old Akita, Scout....and as hard as it is to have to let your senior dogs go, she was patient and gave us enough time to process it. Scout was in excellent hands with Dr. Godina and her team.

My dog had a terrible accident, he eat a poisonous slain and almost died during winter 2024. They helped him come back to heath and now days is a healthy and happy dog

At the end of June we had to say good-bye to our beautiful baby boy cat, Professor Joseph Bolognese. It was the worst day of our lives in so many ways. Doctor Bellin went above and beyond to show compassion and care for us and Joe under the circumstances. We couldn't be more grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend not only rhe clinic in general but specifically Dr. Beliin.

Although all the Dr's and staff at the clinic are amazing, I can not say enough good things about how Dr. Wolfson is amazing. She has been beyond supportive and understanding with Peyton and her crazy mom (me). Although the road for Peyton hasn't been great, Dr. Wolfson has explained all our options and helped make the best decision with what we have to work with. During this covid time, I cant thank her and the staff enough. From this dog mom, and fellow medical worker, THANK YOU!!!!

I had an amazing experience with VCA Rosedale Animal Hospital over the last couple of months! My oldest cat had been feeling quite sick for some time due to severe dental disease. Through multiple visits and procedures, all the doctors and technicians were gentle, respectful, and extremely helpful. Dr. Godina, in particular, was a pleasure to work with and took excellent care of my senior cat. She collaborated with me on his treatment plan, provided me with all the necessary information, stayed connected, and, more importantly, gave my cat the best care he deserved. I'm very happy to say that all his issues were addressed and taken care of to the fullest extent, and he is back to living his best life. I fully recommend anyone looking for exceptional care to visit VCA Rosedale Animal Hospital.
