I have taken all my dogs to Dr. Chambers for so many years I have lost count. The dogs have had everything under the sun from emergencies, surgeries, annual routine check ups, etc. The caring communication and treatment of my pets is commendable. The vets and staff at Royal Oak Pet Clinic are the best! Do not hesitate to take your pets to this extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring vet clinic.

I do not actually take my pet here, HOWEVER I do regularly buy his food here (confusing I know). The staff are actual angels, They go above and beyond, very polite and helpful. I will also add their facility is always spotless clean. it’s actually impressive how clean it’s kept. 10/10 ladies! Thanks for always being so helpful :)

If you are considering Royal Oak Pet Clinic, read this first. We had recently moved to the area and didn't need veterinary services as our dog had a clean bill of health before the move. We came to Royal Oak Pet Clinic at the 11th hour- our beloved family dog, our soul dog, had stopped eating. The team heard our plea and we felt prioritized as they scheduled us in as quickly as they could; even contacting our previous vet from the USA for a records review. Dr. Foley calmly, professionally and comfortably shared with us the likely news of cancer. He patiently guided us through options, which led us to an oncology consultation and later chemotherapy. For the next 6 months, Dr. Foley and his team treated us as if we had been patients for years. His team acknowledged our desperation for support in medications, specialized food and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to help our dog live out his time comfortably. All of this after one single appointment. I do not think you will find this level of care and support anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars on this rating, I would. They truly are one of a kind, and we will forever be grateful for them.

First time client as our normal vet closed (Eagle Rise). Brought our Golden in for his annual checkup and the staff was terrific. He was anxious but after lots of treats and attention - he was settling in. They are on the ball: 1. Called immediately after making the initial appointment to check on what is needed and get electronic pet history transferred. 2. Has an app where all appointments, medication and upcoming vaccinations are listed + reminders. 3. Texted prior to appointment to gather needed information and any concerns. 4. Called the day before appointment.

I’m very happy with my experience here. My dog had an infected wound from speargrass under his skin and everything from getting him in quickly as a new patient to the careful approach taken and eventual positive result was all excellent. Fair prices, low pressure, and good bedside manner too.

Very helpful and friendly receptionists, Vet was super kind and fast! My cat Gus recieved some vaccines and barely made a fuss. Great place :)

I brought my senior cat in to see Dr Mark Foley, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care he provided. He went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable, explained everything clearly, and provided efficient treatment that made a big difference. It's clear he truly cares for his patients, and that gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr Mark Foley for anyone seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian-especially for senior pets.

Dr. Bay and her team are so wonderful. The receptionists are always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Bay is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for your pets. We’re so glad she’s the one looking after our pups.

Dr. Chalmers is very professional, maybe too professional as we found her to be unwelcoming and very cold to talk with. The fee's are very high at this ...
