These people are ok at what they do 3.5/5 but they blacklisted my dog because he wasn't coming in every 3months on the dot. Let's ignore that when you call to schedule a dog, their runway is months out which makes it impossible. Let's ignore that. They have never once told me about this 3 month cutoff, and now I can't book my husky with Tails Up much less the groomer he's familiar with - which is super important as he has separation anxiety (TailsUp knows this). What an absurd practice, I am extremely upset and disappointed, not just with the situation but how they speak to you - cold and as if no rapport has been built over the past 5 years. They will absolutely shout you down. Imagine, thousands in fees and tips over the years only to be shouted at. Not a great look, Tails Up! e: Thank you I appreciate the professional reply but it doesn't resolve anything. It may have been communicated that he requires a groom every 3 months but never that it would lead to him being blacklisted. I wouldn't be so shocked otherwise. We must work with each other, as a professional myself it's impossible to know what my own schedule will be 3 months out, let alone working around your runway. As clients we do the best we can to keep a schedule and maintain a rapport. Ultimately this is all unfortunate and could have - should have - been handled differently, at least for the sake of my husky's health and well-being. Thank you for the 5 years.
