A wonderful pet store with amazing customer service! We stopped by today and were greeted by a very kind and friendly gentleman, who we believe might be the owner. He not only helped us find what we were looking for but also generously gave our cat some treats for free, which was so sweet of him. 🐾 You can really feel that they genuinely care about animals and their customers here. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

This shop saved my live. My dog didn’t eat his kibble for months. I went to this shop and the staff gave me 6 small samples of kibbles for free. My dog loves some. And I bought Fromm and smack for my dog. The staff told me I can get refund within 30 days of purchase. If my dog didn’t get food from there, he will get sick and probably die. This shop helps me a lot. The kibbles in the shop are high quality ones compared to other pet shops. The service there is very good. The staff is very knowledgeable about dog or cat issues. Highly recommended

I love this location so much. Really healthy treats and food with good ingredients for your pets! The owner also has the sweetest dog behind the counter, she is so calm and cute and great to say hello to when shopping!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They ask for a phone number for purchase tracking (fine), today (months later) I’m enrolled in text message spam offering me coupons. I never consented to this. Absolutely terrible business decision to enrol people in spam text messages without their consent. I’ll never set foot in a bone and biscuit again. Edit to respond to owner: I’m not off put by a coupon, I’m off put that you’ve opted to place my phone number in a robo dialler/text system without my consent — I’ve never subscribed to any such service and to enrol me without my prior approval is a bad business practice, and, frankly, spam. Nothing against coupons, lots against being auto enrolled in spam messages.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Callie when I came in to get some birthday treats & toys for our big bully today! She was super sweet & helpful. We’ll definitely make this a regular spot for our puppy needs

I think this is the best experience I've ever had at a pet store before. We just moved to the area and needed to find a new place that carries my dog's food. Phoned in advance and they were so nice over the phone. When I came in I was so pleased by how clean and neat the store is, it's just such a nice environment when you walk in. The owner (I'm assuming?) was so pleasant as well, he even offered to carry the bag of food out while it was raining pretty well outside. I'll definitely be back with my dog next time!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Cali, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. My boy Charlie needed to lose weight after recovering from knee surgery. The vet had him on weightless food which made him miserable and act like he was starving. In 9 months on it he only lost like 1 lb. I went into bone and biscuit keswick looking for a better alternative. Cali walked me through everything, she is super knowledgeable on nutrition. After about 4 months on the food she recommended, Charlie is at his ideal weight. DOWN 14 LBS!!! He is like a whole new dog and has puppy energy again. If you’re struggling with any food/nutrition needs for your furry family member, go see Cali. She truly cares and is invested in the well being of your pet.
