I was thrilled to find out that Jamie has opened her own Dog Parlour just minutes away from my house. I have known her for over 4 years, from her previous workplace, and she has never failed to provide the most outstanding service. My little dog, Sophie simply adores Jamie and she feels so comfortable during grooming that sometimes she falls asleep. The Dog Parlour is impeccable clean and all the groomers pay a lot of attention to detail. The haircuts are even and stylish and all the procedures for health maintenance are completed meticulously. I would highly recommend this small business!

Jamie is absolutely amazing with my Yorkie! She always does such a beautiful job, and my pup comes back looking perfect every time. Not only is the grooming top quality, but Jamie is so patient, kind, and clearly loves what she does. My Yorkie feels comfortable and cared for in her hands, which means the world to me. I highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a groomer who truly treats your pet like family!

We came across Jaime last year when we acquired a six month old Morkie named Snoopy. We could not be happier with the treatment and care that Snoopy receives at the Dog Parlour. It is a joy to enter and be greeted by Jaime. She is very warm, understanding and does a wonderful job in grooming Snoopy. He goes in looking a little bedraggled and always comes out looking like such a handsome guy...ready to enter the 'best in show' in our eyes. We highly recommend Jaime and the Dog Parlour!!

The Dog Palour is new to Dundas on Foundry Street - beautiful and clean. A gated area for the dogs to be safe from the front door opening and closing. Emily was amazing with our standard poodle who is a little nervous about grooming. Emily did the cut exactly how I wanted it for the summer. Excellent service. I would recommend you try them out.

Jaime is amazing! She took such great care of our golden doodle and clearly knows exactly how to work with his coat. Not only did he come home looking adorable, but Jaime also recommended the perfect cut for his texture and lifestyle. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Ours was relaxed, happy, and looked the best he ever has after a grooming. Highly recommend Jaime and The Dog Parlour to anyone looking for a skilled and caring groomer!

I was nervous to bring these two hounds to the parlour because of their ‘emotionally complex’ behaviours but Jaime & Emily suggested an appointment at the end of the day to accommodate their anti social and aggressive natures. They managed to keep it together! Thank you Jaime & Emily. Your gentle nature and kind hearts were much appreciated.

Jamie came recommended to me and it was the best call I have ever made regarding his grooming needs. My Golden Retriever desperately needed attention after a number of summer hotspots. I called and Jamie was able to find a spot for him. I am thrilled with the outcome and our follow-up appointment is literally just days away. Murphy looks amazing and will be visiting Santa for photo's so it's time to return to her studio. Many thanks to Jamie, who is the epitome of kindness, care and attention!
