Update: second time we have come where they really hit the nail on the head with my poodle! I’ve had my mini poodle butchered at another place and they handle the puppies here with care and love plus he came out looking amazing and smelling great!!!! We always have positive experiences here! Thank you for making tofu extra cute for the holidays!

Brought my dog, Bear, to see Catalina T, I was worried at first because it was only her second time at a groomer. At first she didn’t want to go back with the groomer so I was worried the experience would be too stressful but Catalina did such an amazing job! The receptionist told me Catalina worked at Bear’s pace, and that she even seemed to enjoy the experience. She came back to me happy, clean, smelling good, trimmed toenails and a lot less shedding. I’m so happy with the service and my husky mix is a lot less itchy from her constant shedding. Very happy with the service and we will be seeing Catalina again since Bear has built up a relationship with her. Thank you so much for helping care for my dog!

My two foster dogs (Kali & Kona) were recently groomed by the wonderful staff at The Pampered Puppy & I cannot say enough amazing things about how these pups were cared for. Kona and Kali were in pretty rough shape when we took them into care. They were both full of large mats in their fur, they hadn’t been brushed in what seemed like years and Kona had some hair loss and very rough skin that was visible. The staff at The Pampered Puppy made sure these pups were comfortable, they took their time to not overwhelm them and they both came home looking (& feeling) like brand new dogs. The shedding has decreased a ton & they still smell so nice and clean after almost a week, despite their walks and constant need to roll in the grass. Thank you to The Pampered Puppy staff for doing such a fantastic job with two Chow Chow’s. Everyone in our house is grateful for you all.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our visit today! I took my foster dog Hannah Montana in today and Jaci was absolutely amazing with her. Hannah Montana is very timid and cautious and trusted Jaci right away. Jaci took her time getting to know Hannah Montana and was so loving and kind to her. She sent me photos throughout the entire process which meant the world to me. The Pampered Puppy and Jaci truly went above and beyond and absolutely put the dogs first. There is also ample parking and the location is very easy to get to.

My dog saw Michelle, and I have never been so happy with a groom. The groomer spent a really long time earning her trust and making sure she felt comfy which is so important to us. Daisy is a very anxious girl and Michelle was amazing with her. I could tell that she treated her really well, and the groom looked amazing too. The price was also super reasonable especially considering how long she look helping Daisy feel comfortable. Thanks Michelle for curing our fear of grooming 💕

I’m the foster & adoption coordinator for Hope Lives Here Animal Rescue and this is Hannah Montana one of our foster pups. Hannah is the 2nd pup of ours that has had a spa day here!! To say that the staff our amazing towards our pups is an understatement. They treat them just like their own with all the care and compassion imaginable. If you’re looking to get your four legged family members a “day at the spa” look no further, these guys are four woofs & a meow” that’s more than 5 stars!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about The Pampered Puppy on 15954 109 Ave in Edmonton. From the moment I walked in, the staff made both me and my dog feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They don’t just do their jobs — they really go above and beyond to make sure every pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved. The level of service here is honestly unmatched. The team takes their time getting to know your dog’s personality and needs, and you can tell they take pride in creating a calm, positive environment. They communicate clearly, check in regularly, and make sure you’re completely satisfied before you leave. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this confident dropping off your pet, but The Pampered Puppy absolutely delivers. When I picked up my dog, not only did she look fantastic — she was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. The attention to detail and genuine passion the staff have for what they do sets this place apart from anywhere else I’ve been. If you want outstanding service and a team you can trust with your furry family member, this is the place. Highly recommended.

We’ve been clients of Pampered Puppy for over 4 years, but after our most recent visit, we’ll never be going back. Despite clear instructions on our dog’s file not to cut his nails, they did — and cut them so short they were bleeding when we got home, and still bleeding the next day. Our poor dog looked so sad and traumatized for the next few days post grooming. When we brought up our concerns, the owner offered us 50% off our next visit — but after what happened, we simply wanted a refund. They were reluctant to issue one until we pushed, and then told us they wouldn’t take us back as clients — even though we’d already made it clear we weren’t returning. Looking at other reviews, it looks like this is a normal occurrence here with dogs nails being cut too short and in turn, bleed. Save yourself the stress and your pet the trauma — avoid this place.

Took Piper in for groom. I was pleased with the cut, not too short. The staff are animal lovers which is a good thing at a pet spa!
