Such a bad and rude customer service. Recently my kitty has problem with digesting dry food as she puke every time she eats dry food so I have been trying to put her on wet food but she is very picky and I brought some wet food cabs of different flavours. And somehow she dont like rawz rabbit wet food she sniffed and that’s it I went back to tisol to exchange as pet value/ tisol policy says if you are not satisfied with food quality you have 60 days to return or exchange even open cans. And I went there I am not racist first of all so there was chinese lady at the till I am mentioning date as well to make sure manager check with her on saturday 23rd may. And she was super rude to me and she is like we dont accept wet can open food there will be new person who exchange it but my manager said me not to exchange any wet can food I ask her Can i talk to manager she is like he is off today and i am like on policy its written you can exchange and i just bought it a day ago she is like no i dont see any policy. Like worst customer service Its totally fine if they don’t accept but the way she talked to me i felt so bad it was so rude. I usually buy my cat and dog food from here till now but i’ll make sure I would never come here back as they don’t know how to talk.

I've always had a good, if not a GREAT experience here. The staff are friendly and approachable (which is important for me). Also, if they don't have what you're looking for? They'll go out of their way to show you how to order the item (s) or even do it for you.

This location of Tisol is quite big and carries tons of cat, dog and other pet supplies, etc. The staff is super friendly, the store is huge. If you live nearby Main st, definitely come by check them out. Keep it up Tisol.

This review is specifically for a sales associate named Sandy. Sandy helped me by calling many stores to track down a clearance item, and eventually ordered it from a warehouse for me. She definitely went above and beyond. I have shopped frequently here and staff have always tried their best. Overall, staff have always been exceptionally friendly and kind to both human and 4 legged friends in this store. If I could give Sandy 10 stars I would.

I love coming here to buy things for my dog. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, they're nice to talk to and very knowledgeable! If you make an account, you can get a buy 3 get 1 free offer for any same brand and size of pet food!! Anyways, have a picture of my favourite brand of treats, Yappitizers 💖

Oof! I think the person's name is Jo - surly and not helpful at all. Couldn't find my online order on file apparently? Their co-worker Luis was able to actually help me shortly after with just a couple more taps of the screen shortly after having helped another customer mere seconds earlier. So not a bad store at all, just one poor experience with one particular person.
