Terrie has been Mabel’s groomer since she was 12 weeks old. Mabel is now three and a half years old and she never fails to get so excited for her “Spaw” time! We saw Terrie and her team today and they did an awesome job with Mabel….again! TLC Pet Grooming is a cheerful, clean and welcoming salon to bring your little fur baby to for some TLC!

Had my 7 mo standard poodle groomed today. She freaks out when we take her to pertsmart. The ladies at tlc were so endearing!! You can tell that her hair was cut with love and focus. All details are 👌👌👌. You can choose whatever style you like and they will do it with care, love, and perfection.

Rascal my 10 year old pug just loves going to see Terri and Shirra at TLC! They treat your dog like they are a member of their family. I always support small businesses and I would never take my pet to a big commercial pet store for grooming. The experience and knowledge of grooming dogs that TLC has is exceptional!! TLC is the best dog groomers in Hamilton!

We have been going to TLC Pets for many years. Terri and her crew are fantastic. Very caring, very knowledgeable. My dogs love their spa days. Drop off and pick up a couple of hours later. Thanks Ladies!!

This was the worst experience with my pet. His normal groomer of 6 years changed jobs and I needed new one in my area. This is what she did to him and called me to say pick him up as he’s too aggressive. He is anxious from car ride and new people and environment as I told them when I dropped him off for appt. they were quite aggressive in their own nature when taking him from me and also how she addressed him when I picked him up. I was beside myself. I asked what happened and she said she tried to have “someone hold him” and he wanted to bite. I know my pet and I know that possibly if they had treated him with calmness and reassured him rather then rushing into shaving it would be a different situation. The owner was quite rude and aggressive with me when I picked him up. Not a kind person. I don’t understand that of you work with animals you do not know how to ease them into a grooming session when you clearly know the dog is upset and scared of new people and environment. Reassurance would have went a long way with him as he’s a loving dog. HE HAS NEVER been aggressive with his groomer let alone anyone he’s around. My feeling is he was not truly in good hands. Possibly some groomers who fail to have patience and love for their clients should not be in this position any longer. To shave a dog this way and leave him this way and give up is beyond unprofessional to say the least. Not to mention simply unkind. My intuition all along was not to take him here. I wasn’t sure why I felt that way but I did. This was a devastating disturbing experience for my pup and myself.

We have been using TLC Grooming for both of our American Cocker Spaniel rescues. We couldn't be more pleased with the high level of professionalism from Terrie and Jess. I recommend TLC to everyone and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else...they love and appreciate our Harley just like we do❤️

This was my first time getting my 9 month old longhaired dachshund groomed, and it was the BEST experience I could have asked for. Jess and Terrie answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. I didn't know what to request as a first time appointment for a puppy, but they guided me with suggestions. My pup Lennon looks amazing, fluffy and she is so happy. Her hairy Grinch paws have been tamed.
