Karen and her team were impeccable. The staff were on time, efficient, friendly, and very professional, from behaviour to attire. She delivered what was asked which made it easier for us to host our Annual General Meeting. Amazing job!! They went above and beyond! I will recommend any time.

I have been a client of Uptown Concierge for a few years now and they have helped me in many ways from renovating my second floor to making sure my pets were taken care of when I travelled for business to taking my car in to be serviced during a very busy time for me and sourcing landscape designers when I didn't know where to start. I once called Karen with a need for someone to help me move a table and in less than an hour someone was at my door. Karen and her team are available at a moments notice and are friendly, professional and full of solutions. I've recommended them to my friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to make their lives easier.

Fantastic! I've used these folks for a range of services including housecleaning, sourcing gardeners/handymen/driving instructors/travel agents etc, moving unloading & house set up, and more. They are extremely responsive, professional and helpful. There's nothing they won't help with, big or small. It's clear how much they care about creating a good experience for their customers. As new home owners in Leaside last year, my wife and I realized we would need to do more work on the house than expected. The prospect of sourcing the various quality contractors that we needed was very overwhelming. After posting a request on FB, Karen got back to me, and since then all is well. To date, Uptown Life Concierge has sourced a gutter/window and glass cleaner, a painting contractor, a landscape designer, a landscape irrigation contractor, an exterminator, a gas specialist, an Hvac specialist, a dryer repair person, an arborist, and a family physician; and they also provide house keeping services for us, as well as my mother in law. Every single person recommended to date has been kind, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Uptown Life Concierge is fantastic. They are on time, stay the full time, and make my house sparkle clean. I love coming home to the smell of a clean apartment. The owner is excellent with confirming services, offering discount codes for referrals, and keeping me up to date on any products that I am in need of. The person who cleans for me, Zeth, is efficient, kind, compassionate, and thorough. She does a wonderful job and I feel very taken care of by Karen, Zeth and her whole team.
