Debated lots to keep a review here or not , but decided to repost since it’s important the public knows my experience. Delayed medicine refills, forgotten more then once to order it in when called in advance. Extremely rude front desk staff. One girl in particular. Also the medicine I picked up my very last time ordering it here my dog had a siezure shortly after giving her it, I did get it retuned and refunded , since going to another vet my dog has not had any seizures from the medicine. My dog is doing much better then she did bringing here her. The vet herself would promise call backs and not honour them mutiple times. I do not recommend this place at all. Much better places out there that appreciate your business and never disrespect you, forgot things lots, and truly show genuine care for your pet. I’m so glad I left this place.
They take such good care of my 9 year old dog Snoop. They have been his vets since he was a puppy. We moved to Langley and tried out a few different vets here but none compare so we always make the long drive to go see the team VCA. Any and all of the veterinarians they have are always super compassionate and caring. The vet techs and front desk folks are always great. They have never tried to sell anything to us, they truly care about the animals. 10/10 recommend!

I brought my cat in this week and the man at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. Did not greet, did not smile, and barely spoke to me. When I walked in, he didnt look at me or say a word, I said my cat is here, he again didn’t say anything, got up and walked to the back then came back and took me to the room and had no patience while my cat was inpatient on the scale. Again, his face didn’t change and instead he said “I’m just going to write ___kg down” then “the doctor will be with you soon” and I said okay thank you so much and he didn’t say a word and walked out of the room. When I came out of the appointment, he didn’t say a word and just handed me the machine to pay my balance, didn’t tell me how much anything was, didn’t ask how my pet was, didn’t even look at me again. I said bye have a good day and he said “thanks”. I myself am an operations manager for 10 clinics and I would never in my life hire someone so unfriendly, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Especially when someone is coming in there with a sick animal and already feeling down. The doctors are nice and helpful but the customer service was the worst experience I’ve had and if I could give a negative star I would. This type of customer service will not make customers return and that is the reason I won’t come back, though I’ve been with this clinic for years from the first location. I never write reviews either but this one definitely deserved one. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but then I see other reviews about this employee treating others like this so it’s very disappointing he hasn’t changed his actions & is still working at the clinic. I’m super disappointed & will not be returning for this reason and can guarantee your clinic will lose more customers based on this employee’s unfriendly behaviour, this is coming from first hand experience being in this industry for 9+ years. I really hope you take this review seriously and improve your front staff.
Excellent animal hospital. Every time we’ve brought our cat, Princess, we’ve been welcomed promptly and treated with great care. The veterinarians and staff are compassionate, understanding, and honest, which makes a huge difference. Their prices are very reasonable, and I really appreciate that the vets always explain our options clearly.
On one occasion, Princess needed to stay under observation, and everything went smoothly. She remained calm and seemed comfortable with the staff. Even though we live far away, we don’t mind the drive at all. They are reliable, trustworthy, and I have complete confidence in their care.
One of the best vets and support staff experience I have ever had. I drive 30-45 min to Newton because they are fair, very knowledgeable and I've almost always had a positive experience with everyone that has worked here. The vets have performed at least 6 surgeries for my dogs and everything's always been a breeze.

I am extremely unhappy with the latest visit to this vet clinic. I always order my cats dry kibble from them. I put in an order about four days before my appointment with the vet. I was told that my cats dry kibble would be in by the time I brought my cat in for his check up. When I brought my cat in for his check up, I went to the front desk to pay my bill and pick up my prepaid order of dry kibble for my fur baby. Only to find out that it was NOT ordered. So the guy with the beard at the front desk said he would order it and it would arrive on Tuesday December 16/25. So I go there to get my cats food to find out that it’s been forgot to be order again, for the second time. When I brought my cat in for his check up on Saturday December 13/25. I asked that his nails be clipped and that he gets some hydration administered under the skin. The nails were sloppily done and the hydration was also done sloppily. The guy admitted that the hydration needle didn’t go in properly and actually wound up coming out the other side. Now there is usually a bubble of fluid under his skin that disappears after three days. There was little to no fluid administered for my poor baby and NO bubble/ hump of fluid. ( Hydration). I was charged for these poorly administered services, which I paid. Do NOT take your pet to this place. Absolutely horrible service.
