Our dog went through surgery for IVDD so a friend reached out to the owner here to put together a gift basket for our boy. When I cam to get it, our first time I the store it was thoughtfully wrapped, and carefully selected. Our animals (especially the dog) loved it! There were many other useful knick knacks and for dog lovers this was a paradise. Good ownership, local, what more could you ask for?

The owner has been kind enough to custom order Petcurean Go! wet cat food for me as I was having trouble getting it from other places. Vivapets not only keeps my cat food in stock, but it's actually a bit cheaper than the large pet stores! I sincerely hope they stay in business for years to come. :)

My favorite pet food and supply store in all of Edmonton. Truly knowledgeable staff that want to make sure you and your fur family are taken care of. As the owners of three rescue dogs, each with some complex history, finding the right food for each was a chore, but Viva was with us every step of the way. Advice, ideas and a true love of animals - what's not to love?

We went to Viva Pets for the first time this weekend and it was great! They had all the items we buy for our dog regularly and I was surprised that the pricing was as good as the big box stores. Jodie was very knowledgeable and helped us find a new favorite. Would highly recommend this local shop!

Competed in their 1st scavenger hunt at Laurier-Hawrelak Park this fine Saturday , my pup Sunna and I had so much fun , all the staff , volunteers did such a great job , super awesome prizes after my dogs nap I'll give her some treats that she recieved we will definitely check out their westend location have a strong feeling we'll be changing pet food stores thanks again for a great day !!

Great shop. I buy my cats raw food here, they have lots of great additions like goat kefir, bone broth, salmon oil, liver sprinkles. Easy to keep it interesting and nutritious for my pride and joy! Also very sweet foster kitties!

Love Viva Pets! I have been coming here for a few years now (previously a franchise but same lovely owners as now!) and every experience is amazing. Store is always bright & clean, and the staff are second to none. My previous dog Blue LOVED coming and saying hello to everyone! My new dog Rocky came to me with some allergies & skin irritations. Carson was working the day I came in, and she spent a good chunk of time helping me find the best raw food to work with his allergies! Rocky is healthier than ever and devours his food! Cannot recommend this store or the staff enough! <3
