We consistently visit the same dog grooming facility on Saint Albert Trail, which stands out as one of the best in the area. The location is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally courteous. The front desk personnel are delightful, always greeting us with smiles and demonstrating a personal touch by remembering our dogs' names. Above all, the level of service is outstanding, making my dogs feel comfortable and at ease during their grooming sessions. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking dog grooming services.

Thank you for the response. I’d like to clarify a couple of points for accuracy. The video clips that were shared showed Bruno with his full coat prior to trimming, and from a distant angle. They did not show close-up grooming work or the area of concern after the coat was removed, so I’m not sure what conclusion I was meant to draw from them.
At pickup, the only issue discussed with me was irritation around Bruno’s feet. A bleeding/scabbed area on his shoulder/neck was not disclosed, which is why I was alarmed when I discovered blood in his fur after getting home and contacted you immediately.
I chose not to return for an in-person assessment because I had already gone to a veterinary pharmacy to obtain proper wound care and wanted to manage his aftercare conservatively once a wound was present. As mentioned in my email (which I didn’t get a further respond)
I did like the haircut itself and hope future clients receive clear disclosure and communication whenever skin issues or wounds are observed during a groom.
really liked Bruno’s haircut and the grooming itself looked great. Unfortunately, after we got home I noticed a bloody cut on his shoulder/neck area that wasn’t there before the appointment. It was upsetting to find blood in his fur right after pickup.
When I reached out, I was told it may have been related to matting/skin irritation, but this area wasn’t clearly disclosed to me at pickup (only his feet were mentioned). I understand matting can be challenging, but I would have appreciated clearer communication and more support / services afterward.
Overall, the styling was good, but this experience was disappointing as no one likes to see wound on their pets.
I highly recommend Oh My Dog for your grooming needs. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They got me I. Within 2 days of calling which I really appreciate. Hazel looks amazing after her first groom, they did an amazing job! We will definitely be back!

Staff are very friendly. I get my dogs fur blown out and they do a great trim/blow out. If you book back within 6 weeks you get a 10 percent discount, which is nice for the shedding dogs. The only thing to be aware of, is that they allow for all doggies to be together and mingle in the back, in case your pet doesn't love that!

Oh My Dogs is hands down the best grooming experience we’ve had. Our dogs absolutely love coming here, which says everything.
The haircuts always turn out great — consistent, professional, and exactly what we ask for. What really sets them apart is how happy and comfortable the dogs are. They’re never crated and get to run free and socialize with other dogs after they’re done until pickup, which our pups LOVE.
It feels more like a fun day out for them than a grooming appointment. We trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend to any dog parent looking for a stress-free, loving environment 🐾💛
