Michelle has been very patient with our boy. Getting him used to going to the salon has required frequent return trips. Last visit he got the works and did fantastic! We are so grateful for her kind way with him

Michelle was great. Our old boy is not happy when it's spa day and he let's everyone know it. Crying and whining like a baby. Michelle was gentle and careful. Our pup is a 17 year old long hair Dachshund so his stubby legs don't allow a lot of room to cut his underbelly. Michelle took extra time and care to get it done. Great job!

Groomed our fur baby for our wedding & was fantastic! Unfortunately we no longer live in Renfrew but if we did we’d be getting our girl pampered here!

Michelle is so patient and understanding when trimming the nails of our extremely anxious dog, she takes the time and persists to get the job done right when most others would probably refuse to work with her. Her care is deeply appreciated.

My dog Lucky was her very first client when the shop was opened. She loves going to see Michelle every day, and gets plenty of treats to boot. When Lucky is groomed, she comes out looking and smelling amazing. Always a wonderful experience.

Michelle very lovingly handles our crew of 4 rescue dogs, each with their own quirks and challenges at every visit. She takes time to build trust with the most timid of our pups. We trust her with them completely.

Highly recommend. I've brought all my 3 dogs to her. One of them being a senior dog and she did such a great job. Not only is she skilled with grooming but she loves animals. She is amazing. 10 out of 10!!
