We’ve been ordering dog food deliveries from this company for some time and have always had a great experience. Recently, there was an issue with a very late delivery, and the store handled the matter extremely professionally and promptly. They took the concern seriously, followed up thoroughly, and kept us informed throughout the process. Excellent customer service and accountability — it’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

The groomers are really great with nervous dogs! My dog hates getting his nails cut but he’s less nervous to go in every time so I know he’s being treated very well. We usually have Haley but have gotten other groomers here that are also great.

I have made a purchase with them a few times no issues. This time I order and no delivery for 5 days. I called them. Poor customer service they say we try to send it today and was rude. Well guess what you loose my business. You can’t keep your promise of delivering within 48 hours and that is the whole point of this shop for me. I will go to my local store from now on. Poor service

We just moving to Toronto and want to find a nice place for grooming! Wooftown is the best choice and Haley is the best groomer I ever met! She did a good hair cut for my dog and she’s really nice :) definitely give out a 5/5 for this place. Their store has everything I want with good service!

Amazing experience :) Ordered for the first time from them & unfortunately one of the dog toys was out of stock, which they quickly notified me about and offered either a replacement or refund! I needed my dogs food asap as she was almost out and read online that they ship quickly to the GTA. (Most stores also don’t sell Fromm) I ordered the food at 3am on the 4th and received it the same day at 5pm! Insane!! Lovely, lovely experience and will be using their site to purchase my dogs food going forward :)

I have difficulty with mobility at times, which resulted in looking for somewhere that delivers what I need. To say I hit the jackpot is no understatement! I've had multiple deliveries now, and not once have I been unhappy with any facet of the process. I've even had to email with no notice, that my scheduled delivery is not needed, as this wee fella hasn't finished the bag yet. Even though I should have updated them, they've never once made me feel bad for preparing my delivery, the drivers route, then my cancelling on them. We love the service, and hope to pop into the shop itself one day!
