I'm keeping this short but want to agree with the eye drop lady . I to have to buy my dog food from these people as only 2 businesses in town carry and I'm unfortunately tied to these people with their reward system. My last experience was a custom order of dog food which they apparently we're unable to recieve due to unavailability from their supplier. They never bothered to call me and say this. I finally became impatient and went to the store to find out what was happening. They didn't have any of the food in any variety.so , I was forced to purchase 5 teeny tiny bags of samples just to tie my 2 dogs over till I could find a suitable replacement. I received a call the very next day saying it was there and waiting for me by the girl who had neglected to give me any info the day before. When i went to grab it. She was pathetic and incredibly unintelligent. I could have made more progress if I had carried out the process on my own. Which I've since done. And will only use them in an emergency .

A friend of mine recommended to purchase eye drops called "Eye Easy" for my dog at this store. I was surprised that a woman behind the counter told me that they did not have this product and that they did not have any eye drops and did not know when they would get them. She did not go to look for it, she was sure they did not have anything I was looking for. Just before I left, a man in the store who heard this walked over to the shelf and immediately found the Eye Easy drops for me and could not understand why I was dismayed and suggesting that the staff in the store should perhaps help a customer and get familiar with their products. In fact he told me "What's the big deal, you've got it now". It took another 10 minutes for the same woman to find the price. So I'd recommend shopping elsewhere for your pet needs.

The lady who owns this store was such a pleasure to deal with. I only went in because I was walking by and after chatting about issues with my cat being picky she gave me free samples of a few different items to see if she would like them before I made a purchase. Very knowledgable and friendly!
